The game won't start or keeps crashing
If the game won't start or keeps crashing, there are several ways to fix the problem:
- – Reinstall the game and restart your device
- – Enable VSync in the game settings
- – Make sure your internet connection is stable
- – Try changing to the lowest graphic settings
I made an in-game purchase, but never got anything
If you made an in-game purchase and didn't receive the item, contact our support for help. Email us at infinityops@azurgames.com with the following information:
- – Your in-game ID
- – The server you play on (EU / NA / AS / INA / IEU)
- – A screenshot of the receipt (available in your email)
I think another player is cheating. What can I do?
We are active in our efforts to combat cheating and are constantly improving our anti-cheat system. Your help can also be invaluable. If you notice cheating, report the player at infinityops@azurgames.com. Please include screenshots or screen recordings and their in-game ID to support your complaint.
My account is blocked, but I didn't break any rules
If your account is blocked but you haven't used cheats, check your device and other open apps. Sometimes third-party software can cause accounts to be blocked.
My account was reset and I lost my game progress
If your account was reset and your game progress wiped, make sure it was linked to your Google Play, Game Center, or Facebook account. If your progress was reset, complete the tutorial, and then in your profile settings, tap the Link button to restore your profile. Also, try changing the server in the game settings (you may have automatically connected to a different server).
Remember that these tips won't help you recover a guest account, as game progress is only saved on your device and can't be restored if lost. There is a warning about this in the game.
