How to link your account: A step-by-step guide
To keep your game account safe, avoid losing progress, and enable cross-platform access, make sure to link it to one of the available services. Here’s how:
- Go to your profile by tapping your nickname on the game’s main menu.
- Tap the bottom tab in your profile section.
- Choose your preferred service and tap “Log in”.
- Follow the steps provided by the service in the opened window. Once your account is successfully linked, the text next to the service will change to “Linked”.
- You’ll receive a one-time reward of 100 gold for logging into each service!
How to restore access to your account?
If you’ve logged out, switched devices, or lost progress after updating or reinstalling the game, don’t worry — you can restore your account easily, as long as it was previously linked according to the instructions above.
- When launching the game, select the service you used to link your profile.
- Make sure you’re logged into the same account you originally linked. If not, open the service separately and verify you’re using the correct credentials.
- If you logged in as a guest, go to your profile and tap “Log in”. A window will appear showing the account being accessed. Verify if it’s the correct account. If yes, click “Load”. If not, refer to the previous step.
How to transfer your progress to another platform?
- Log into VK ID or Facebook on your current device — the one you want to transfer progress from.
- On the new device, log into the same VK ID or Facebook account. A window will appear showing the account being accessed. Confirm it’s the correct one and tap “Load”. If not, double-check that you’re logged into the exact account that was linked to your game profile.
