🔧 Technical questions
❓ When will the game’s optimization for low-end devices be improved?
✅ With each update, we introduce various adjustments to enhance game performance. We are working on a new graphics manager that should help players with weaker devices. We are also separately focusing on improving battle stability.
❓ Why does the game crash in different situations (in the lobby, while upgrading weapons, in battle)?
✅ These issues are device-specific, and it’s difficult to predict how the game will behave on a particular smartphone. To address these problems, please contact Customer Support, so that the information can be forwarded to us and we can investigate.
❓ Why does the frame rate (FPS) drop after updates?
✅ Unfortunately, the game does not save your graphics settings separately. Therefore, after each update, they reset to one of the default profiles (depending on the device). We recommend noting the settings that do not cause technical issues for you and reapplying them after every update.
❓ Why do some players seem invincible (they don’t take damage)?
✅ There can be various reasons. For example, a ping issue. Another common cause is a bug that may occur due to an unstable internet connection. Please check your connection or your provider. This often happens when using mobile data.
⚖️ Balance and Matchmaking
❓ Why am I matched—while wearing tier-4 armor—with players in tier-7 armor?
✅ The matchmaking system aims to pair players with similar skill levels. If you’re performing very well in tier-4 armor, the system may determine that you can compete effectively against higher-tier opponents.
❓ Why doesn’t the rank/division system ensure fair matchmaking?
✅ Matchmaking is a complex system that we continuously refine and improve. Achieving perfect match quality is very challenging. That’s why we regularly make server-side changes without requiring players to update the game, while still maintaining balance.
❓ What do you do about players using VPNs who disrupt matches?
✅ Currently, the game has a system that filters out players with excessively high ping on the server side.
💰 Economy and Monetization
❓ When will tier-7 armor be available for in-game gold instead of only for real money?
✅ Soon. Follow our social media channels so you don’t miss the announcement!
❓ Why have weapon and modification prices increased so much?
✅ We constantly monitor any changes in the game economy, and none are implemented without prior discussion. Weapon and gadget prices have not changed in the last two years.
❓ Why are there so few useful rewards and gold in the Battle Pass?
✅ The Battle Pass grants resources worth over $500, most of which are in the free track, not counting the gold from bonus Battle Pass tiers.
❓ Why make the game so pay-to-win?
✅ We strive to balance the interests of different player groups. Purchases in the game only accelerate access to content. Non-paying players also have many opportunities to obtain the same content, but it takes longer than for paying players.
❓ Can you add the ability to sell unwanted weapons and equipment?
✅ Currently, this feature is not in development, but we are considering various options to improve the gaming experience.
❓ Will there be more ways to earn gold?
✅ We plan to introduce more mini-games (such as Sapper) through which players can obtain various resources, including gold.
🎮 Game Features and Content
❓ Why did you change the hero/character system?
✅ We want to bring individuality to the gameplay so that everyone can choose both their character and playstyle, regardless of the faction.
❓ Why were the voices and appearances of characters changed?
✅ This was necessary to maintain the game’s integrity, simplify future development of customizable elements, and reassign developers to other aspects of the project.
❓ Will clan modes be added (tournaments, clan wars)?
✅ Yes, we plan to add such features — there are many options. Currently, this functionality is in the conceptual discussion stage.
❓ Will a campaign mode or PvE mode be added?
✅ It’s in development!
💬 Communications and Localization
❓ When will a translator be added to chat with players who speak other languages?
✅ An update to the chat system with chat history retention and translation from other languages is planned.
❓ Can voice chat be added to the game?
✅ It’s on the roadmap, but not for this year.
❓ Why is there no Arabic language in the game?
✅ Integration and support are technically challenging.
🌍 Regional Questions
❓ When will servers appear in South America?
✅ We have long wanted to add servers in that region, and this issue is currently in development.
🐛 Bug Fixes
❓ When will existing bugs be fixed?
✅ The most critical bugs are fixed with each update. If you encounter any specific bugs, you can always report them to Customer Support with screenshots or video, and our specialists will forward them to us for review and fixing. After review, we add some to our plan for upcoming updates. The remaining bugs are scheduled for future updates depending on release priorities and team workload.
